    Audi Willow Grove, A Holman Enterprise, has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager.


    What will you do?

    As part of our management team, you will be responsible for increasing overall service satisfaction, service profitability, and employee satisfaction. coordinating efficient and timely processes for Service Advisors and office staff, and promoting overall employee satisfaction. You are also responsible for:

    • Coordinating efficient and timely processes for Service Advisors and office staff.
    • Assist in the hiring process of Service department personnel.
    • Assist in the mentoring, training and positive attitude of the Service team.
    • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly performance of Service Advisors and support staff.
    • Resolving customer issues.
    • Review service processes to ensure profitability and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Manages aspects of service department operations:  warranty administration, client retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. 


    What are we looking for?

    • Three (3) to five (5) years prior service experience in a dealership.
    • Excellent customer handling skills and ability to maintain high customer satisfaction scores required.
    • Must have demonstrated leadership ability with motivational skills and proven customer relation skills.
    • Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment.
    • Strong inter-personal skills.
    • Demonstrated organizational ability with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively.
    • Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays.
    • Excellent communication skills with staff and customers
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • High school graduate or equivalent.
