Holman Infiniti, has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Greeter to join the team. This position focuses primarily on front line guest contact for the dealership and tending to guest areas and amenities for the dealership. The Receptionist is responsible for shaping the customer experience at the dealership and tasked with providing exclusive, satisfaction-oriented support for Infiniti customers by actively anticipating needs and delivering high-quality “money can’t buy” interactions. It will entail greeting guests as they enter the dealership, answering basic inquiries, and connecting the guest with the appropriate party in accordance with dealership policies. The employee is responsible for assisting service management with information, forms, reports, and or documentation related to customer relations.


Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests of the dealership
  • Maintaining guest areas

What we are looking for:

  • An enthusiastic, customer service driven individual
  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Retail experience preferred, but not required
