Holman Infiniti has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the Holman family in South Jersey!

 

What will you do?

As part of our sales management team, you will be directly responsible for all aspects of the new car sales department. Our New Car Sales Managers maintain and develop a highly motivated and productive sales force, while ensuring best in class customer satisfaction.

 

New Car Sales Managers are also responsible for:

  • Ensure that the dealership meets its new vehicle unit sales quotas and its objectives on a daily and monthly basis
  • Strategically plan and ensure that the retail units sold assist the dealership in reaching its profit objective on a monthly and annual basis
  • Supervise new car sales staff 
  • Ensure all aspects of inventory, advertising and ensure deliveries are controlled professionally as well as cost-effectively
  • Responsible for administrating the new car department’s daily operations and coordinating activities for all department employees

 

What are we looking for?

  • High school graduate, or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience in luxury automotive sales environment, or otherwise related experience
  • Must pass all pre-testing requirements and background screening tests
  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Must have demonstrated leadership ability with motivational skills and proven customer relations skills
  • Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment
  • Strong inter-personal skills. Demonstrated organizational ability with level of attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively.
