Kuni BMW is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join a team of Guest Relations Representatives in our service department’s Business Development Center (BDC)
The Guest Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound phone calls throughout our dealership. Each Guest Relations Representative acts as a receptionist, assists guests with service reservations, dealership information requests, basic troubleshooting, and general vehicle information. Guest Relations Representatives strive to create a positive impression with each of their guests.
