    Holman Lauderdale Imports is looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador / Administrative Assistant to be the face of our company and administrative of our products and services.

    If you enjoy communicating with customers face to face, online and telephone, we would like to meet you. As our Brand Ambassador you will be the first impression of our Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Aston Martin Brands, working with the Management Team and Client Advisors.

       Responsibilities

    • Assist Management with attendance, pace, showroom visits, and sold reports.
    • Assist Management in organizing marketing events, scheduling, RSVP’s, catering, etc.
    • Attend to incoming sales and service calls to properly directing them without delay.
    • Have a clear understanding of each brands CRM System, meet the monthly reporting requirements, and create the required sales reports.
    • Review websites, social media accounts and site reviews for accuracy.
    • Manage ordering supplies to support each department and hospitality of our customers.
    • Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers.
    • Assist in creating PO, Buyer’s Guides, Laminate Window Stickers, and mail distribution.

     Requirements

    • Strong computer experience on multiple platforms.
    • Experience creating reports, data entry, and maintaining CRM Systems.
    • Familiarity with scheduling tools, marketing events and planning.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Professional attitude.
    • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people.
    • Experience in retail sales is a plus.
    • Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Saturday’s 9:00 to 5:00pm (Off on Wednesday & Sunday)
