    ARI has an outstanding opportunity as a Support Coordinator in our Licensing & Compliance Department in our Mount Laurel, NJ office.

     

    Title:                Support Coordinator

    Department:     Licensing & Compliance

     

    Job Purpose:   This position has direct contact with our Client’s Fleet Administrators, Drivers, and Client Relations Departments as well as works directly with State Divisions of Motor Vehicles and Licensing Agencies.

     

    Responsibility:

    • Works closely with clients that have special requirements
    • Handles inquires and researches challenges associated licensing
    • Acts as a liaison between customers and various ARI departments.
    • Trains new and existing employees and assists co-workers with questions
    • Monitors work flow and acts as a short term back up to administrators or fellow support coordinators' duties
    • Analyze & prepare client documents for licensing/reporting compliance recommendations
    • Participates in special projects as assigned.
    • Update and maintain system requirements

     

    Knowledge and Skill:

    • Must have the ability to communication effectively with all levels of employees, customers and vendors
    • Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines
    • The ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to detail is required while
    • Ability to work independently in a team environment
    • Ability to think critically and understand strategic goals
    • Research and problem solving  skills
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Associates/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
