    ARI has an outstanding opportunity for an Upfit Stock Procurement Specialist in our Mount Laurel, NJ office Locate, secure, and track the purchase of vehicles with upfit through the stock purchase process including delivery to end user.



    What will you do?


    • Locates and secures vehicles out of existing dealership inventory.
    • Works with the spec analysts to secure the correct upfitting locations and quotes for the vehicles.
    • Negotiates pricing and incentives with dealerships.
    • Works closely with manufacturers for fleet related issues.
    • Works closely with the status administrators to track where the vehicle is in the upfit process.
    • Works directly with the transport companies to ensure vehicle is moved as necessary.


    What are we looking for?


    • Excellent computer skills are required. (Microsoft Excel a must)
    • Must be able to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, to internal and external customers.
    • Must pay attention to small details and have the ability to work on multiple priorities.
    • Dealership experience and knowledge of ARI systems a plus.
    • Specialized truck and upfit equipment experience a plus
