The BMW Product Genius will focus on educating customers on the latest and greatest technology in their vehicle. They are responsible for delivering comprehensive product information through the sales process. Must be able to support the client advisor in product related tasks and activities. Must be customer service oriented with a desire to help every customer with any/all questions regarding their vehicle.
Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of customer service experience
- Must maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles
- Communicate effective, efficiently and timely to all guests
- Follow-up with customers in a timely manner and schedule initial service appointment
- Have the ability to explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing), the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance and maintenance schedules
- Introduce customers to the service department team and assist with any follow-up questions
