    Part Time Vehicle Supply Chain Administrator

     

    Job Purpose

    Maintain and reconcile the department’s subsidiary account.  Assist with Vehicle Acquisitions administrative functions

    Essential Functions

    • Verify and posting transactions through journal entries
    • Research items added to the sub
    • Follow for credits due to the department
    • Request approvals from supervisors and managers for journal entries and write-offs
    • Performing account reconciliation monthly

    Knowledge and Skills required

    • Must be detail oriented
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Must be able to deal with complexity to resolve problems
    • Effective communication skills, verbal and written
    • General bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
    • ARI experience a plus
