    Pompano Ford Lincoln has an outstanding opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the Holman family.

     

    What will you do?

     

    Our Administrative Assistant will handle Office & Accounting responsibilities  for dealership operations.  Some of your duties may include: 

    • Answer and field calls, take thorough messages and provide basic information to callers that have general inquiries
    • Greet customers who arrive in the office; notify appropriate personnel of customer arrivals
    • Escort customers to rental service when necessary
    • Ensure that all invoices and/or Purchase Orders are properly approved and all payable information is correct
    • Provide accurate and timely processing of the high volume of dealership invoices and reimbursements
    • Assist in month end closing tasks as assigned
    • Review repair order billing; Verify final documents before billing
    • Complete the daily body shop deposit
    • Follow up on receivables and complete vendor PO's for the accounting office
    • Assist management with various clerical duties
    • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values

     

    What are we looking for?

    • High School Diploma
    • 1-2 years of relevant Accounting work experience in customer service, receptionist/front desk, administrative role.
    • CDK and Excel experience; Tag and Title 
    • Pleasant demeanor and customer service-focused
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player, professional appearance
