Holman is proud to soon open our newest facility, Holman GO, located on Route 1 in Princeton NJ! As we open the facility, we are looking for Sales Managers who are looking for a new and exciting venture in the Automotive Industry.
Holman GO is a completely reimagined automotive retail business that seeks to reinvent the way retail customers are served. In an open and transparent, no-haggle, no-hassle environment, salaried professionals who are fanatical about the customer experience and aided by technology will act as consultants to assist customers with any automotive need.
What will you do?
- Provide guidance and direct support to the Product Specialist and administrative support teams in the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Coach, teach and train the Product Specialists and provide feedback on performance
- Leverage research, collaboration, and subject matter knowledge to enhance the daily operations, customer experience and employee knowledge
- Ensure the Holman GO strategy and vision is executed
- Oversee and execute the digital marketing plan and reconditioning process
What are we looking for?
- Seven years of customer service experience or sales experience with at least 3 years of experience managing direct staff
- Strong web-based search applications and tablet technology experience
- Strong leadership aptitude with a demonstrated ability to coach, train and lead staff
- Must have strong organizational skills and be flexible; able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within time constraints
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to communicate with all levels of management and customers
- Ability to research and think creatively to address open ended requests
- Ability to handle sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion
