Guest Contact Specialist
This position is multi-faceted, focusing on front line guest contact for the dealership. It will entail receptionist duties, service and sales follow up calls, ability to make service appointments, and maintenance of guest areas. The employee is also responsible for assisting the Guest Relation Coordinator with information, forms, reports, and or documentation related to customer relations as well as helping with guest and associate events. This position also requires the employee to establish and maintain a good working relationship with all Service Consultants and the Service Manager.
